WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Technical Project Manager, you will:

  • Participate and help lead all phases of implementation.
  • Prepare business requirements and work with the team for system design.
  • Oversee software configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Perform project management and controlling (scope/time/budget).
  • Proactively manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
  • Be the main communication point between the development teams and clients.
  • Coach and promote your team in retrospectives and performance reviews.
  • Development support, improving project management process.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BE GOOD AT?

  • Strong with a technical background.
  • Strong knowledge of web/online development. Broad knowledge of contemporary web systems, sites, and concepts such as social networks, social community, online marketing, e-commerce, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of project management: Estimation and budget control, planning, quality management, and communication.
  • Knowledge about Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP,…) and PM tools (Jira, MS Project, or equivalents).
  • Strong and confident in problem-solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Software Engineering or Information Systems or a closely related field.
  • International education background is considered an asset.
  • Language: Advanced skills in English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
