We are looking for a Technical Writer to create high-quality content, including articles, white papers, and reference materials for our developer community, clients, and broader IT audience. This content will be published on our website and other platforms to enhance engagement, provide valuable insights, and strengthen our technical knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit technical content, including articles, whitepapers, and reference documents.
- Break down complex technical topics into engaging and easy-to-understand materials for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure content aligns with technical accuracy and company goals.
- Maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation.
- Optimize content for readability and engagement across various digital and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in IT-related fields, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Network Security, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, etc.
- Advanced English proficiency, especially in technical and business communication.
- Strong ability to write for developers, IT professionals, and technical clients.
- Excellent research skills and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
- Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Experience writing for developer communities or enterprise IT solutions.
- Familiarity with programming languages, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software, IT, or tech industry.
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques for digital platforms.
