Global Sales Executive: – IT development

Locations: Vietnam based but worldwide scope

We need someone who is passionate about chasing down leads, developing client relationships and winning new clients. fram^ sources highly-skilled IT development teams for clients around the world, from startups to world-leading brands and companies like Samsung and Lotte.  You will be excited by driving business growth by onboarding new clients for IT development from around the world. Experience of IT development sales in any market is an extra advantage but not a requirement.

By evangelising fram and the opportunities that development and devops services create, you are able to get customers excited by us and the prospect of working with us.


You will be responsible for finding and closing new business in all of our markets. This will be done via your own efforts and in conjunction with your colleagues in marketing, pre-sales development, bid management and external partnerships. Cross-company engagement and orchestration is absolutely essential.

You will be engaging with stakeholders within the customer to identify and secure a role for fram as a managed services development and devops provider. This will involve working with various departments, from IT, product management and engineering to marketing and procurement; understanding the customer needs; building a business case; securing a commercial arrangement; and ensuring a successful delivery. Our business model is aligned with the success of our customers: their success in onboarding and continuing to engage with our managed services links to our rewards.


  • Sales experience in an B2B environment or operational experience in development/outsourced managed services and want a career move into sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Very strong english skills
  • Evidence of repeated success within IT/Development/Digital Product related sales
  • Experience meeting CxO and IT/Technology contacts and other stakeholders.
  • A structured sales approach
  • High activity: you are able to cover a large territory and diverse geographic spread of prospects effectively and build a dynamic pipeline.
  • A consultative style and the ability to become a trusted advisor and secure the sale.
  • Attention to detail, are extremely organised and work well with others.
  • Hungry and resourceful with a “get-the-job-done-mentality”
