The Head of Sales will formulate and execute a sales and marketing strategy to maximize business growth and report into the C-level team of fram^. fram^ sources highly-skilled IT development teams for clients around the world, from startups to world-leading brands and companies like Samsung and Lotte.


With a demonstrated track record in sales leadership, the Head of Sales will drive business growth by onboarding new clients for IT development from around the world. Experience of IT development sales in the US market is an extra advantage but not a requirement.


This role works in close partnership with recruitment, HR, digital marketing, Request For Proposals (RFPs) department and pre-sales technical architects – therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is absolutely essential.


The successful candidate will directly lead and build a hungry team of Sales Executives, first-class lead generators, attend relevant events and indirectly also build a wider team of sales reps for the global sales network. The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results. Because it is a fast-growing entrepreneurial company, it is essential that the candidate thrives in a fast-changing environment with a can-do winner-mentality.


The Head of Sales is fully responsible for building and managing the team to generate substantial revenue as well as achieving individual, team and organizational targets.



  • Build, develop and lead the sales team (including recruiting, hiring and training new sales executives on the sales process)
  • Evaluate all sales effort in a data-driven manner
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior management.
  • Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
  • Engaging at the C-level in enterprise customer organizations
  • Manage and constantly optimize email campaigns
  • Manage and constantly optimize lead generation – internal and external sources
  • Extract and optimize old and new leads from existing CRM databases
