Fram Skandinavien AB (publ) (“fram^“) is a Swedish-Vietnamese Venture Building & IT-development group with operations in broader South East Asia. fram^ was founded and built by passionate company builders and top talented engineers (the management of fram^ come from Kinnevik, Rocket Internet, McKinsey & Company, Ericsson, Lazada and Bima).

In order to expand and accelerate the Venture Building activities, our group IPO:ed on NASDAQ First North in Stockholm in October 2017 (Ticker FRAMB). What sets us apart from most other early-stage investors and company builders is our relentless focus on execution and profitability – we are firm believers that great early-stage companies do not have to sacrifice profitability for growth.

Against this background we are seeking hungry top tier candidates to build new ventures in one of the world’s fastest-growing regions – South East Asia, targeting a consumer population of ca. 650 million people. We are in the process of rolling out 12-15 ventures across fintech, edtech, insuretech and general consumer.

The role

As Managing Director of Standing Teams, our profitable IT-development venture in Vietnam with an annual turnover of 1.5-2musd, you will formulate and execute sales, marketing and operational strategies to maximize business growth and report into the C-level team of fram^. fram^ Standing Teams sources highly-skilled IT development teams for clients around the world, from startups to world-leading brands and companies like Samsung and Lotte and currently employs some 70 people.

The Managing Director will directly lead and build a hungry team of Sales Executives, first-class lead generators, attend build a wider team of sales reps for the global sales network. The role also requires hands-on focus on fulfillment and world-class delivery of the IT-development which comes down to building strong processes and a scalable organization. The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results and because it is a fast-growing entrepreneurial company, it is essential that the candidate thrives in an ever-changing environment with a can-do winner-mentality.
